What is contracts in wcf .

=> The contracts is a platform neutral and standard way of describes what the service does.

WCF defines four type of contracts.

1. Service Contracts.
2. Data Contracts.
3. Fault Contracts.
4. Message Contracts.

1. Service Contracts :- 
             Describe which operation the client can perform on the service.
2. Data Contracts :-
             Describe which data types are passed to and from service.
3. Fault Contracts :-
              Define which error raised by the services.
4. Message Contracts :-
              Allow the service to interact directly with message.
